Preamble to Direct Democracy Constitution: We the People, lay claim to creation's deed that we are heirs of the earth as granted through the wisdom and glory of God. We hold that humanity as God's creation are his subjects and not of man. Knowing history, from the fall of the angels to all civilizations that tyranny grows from the pride and arrogance to impose ones will over God. That tyranny through the use of the law from the eating of the forbidden fruit is the bondage of all mankind. That it is this bondage that separated us from God through the use of the law hindering the aspirations of ourselves and our forefathers. We hold true that the people are bound before God for the laws and statues of their nation and it is therefore their sovereign right to set laws among themselves as they seem justified, until the return of our Lord and Savior. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness. All power and government authority in dispute where this document does not explicitly specify the source of authority are here by given to the people through the power of the vote. Any private entity, whether religious or secure, or person, citizen of the nation or not, may use the court system to maintain their rights as well as to prosecute any public official or entity who by means of their office abuses any rights, liberties or freedoms intended for a person, the people, or private entity. In such cases the burden of proof will reside with the public entity to prove where the constitution or powers of authority explicitly deny, tax, regulate, restrict, the person, the people, an individual, a business, or private, secular or religious, entity from the expressed or desired right, power, authority, privilege or lack thereof. This Constitution, and the laws of the Democracy which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the Democracy, will be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every county will be bound thereby, anything in the constitution or laws of any region or county to the contrary notwithstanding. All public figures voted into office will be bound by oath or affirmation, to support this constitution and will be the servants to the people of our office.
