	My Voice allows you to view all the proposals and petitions that you have signed in one location. It also allows you to remove your signature once signed.


	My Proposal allows you submit a proposal or petition to the public. Be careful when submitting a proposal or petition as the site will limit you to one proposal or up to four petitions. Also there are consequences on modifying existing proposals and other issues that you may wish to consider. For further information click on the My Proposal link and then click on the Site Help for that screen.

		The Proposal Search Menu allows you to sign petitions and sign Propositions or Amendments that you have been given rights according to the laws under your state or nation.


	Each menu has a Site Help just for that menu. Some pages also have page help for that page. If you have questions click on the link on the page and hopefully we can help you. If they questions are still not answered click on the Contact Us link and let us know what we can do to help.


	Proposal Filters

		Each proposal has several filter options to maximize the your search request needs. The filters are shown as tabs on the top of the screen while you are in the Proposal Search Menu.

	Language


	Proposal Search searches all petitions, propositions and amendments available, both nationally and internationally. Proposal Search is also the home page for the site.


	Citizens may sign as many petitions as they like through the site provided they are citizens of the nation the petition is going to. International petitions are also available. However, members may only sponsor up three petitions through the site. This is done so that the maximum amount of value may be given to each petition submitted.


	The Goal of the Great Experiment staff is to enhance the representation and voice of all the people. In order to accomplish this people need to be able to read and understand the proposals in the native tongue. Presently staffing limitations have prevented us from expanding this, however, as world of the site travels this is something we plan on greatly expanding.

Citizens may sign as many propositions as they like, however, proposition may only be signed once and only for the state in which the proposition resides. Amendments are the only exception that may be signed for any state provided the state has an initiative process and there is a sponsor for the initiative in that state. Anyone may endorse or submit a proposition through the website provided they are a registered voter in that state, however each person may endorse or submit one and only one proposition through the website. To qualify a proposition for this website a proposition requires 5 sponsors or 1 sponsor and 100 signatures. State requirements depend on the number of signatures required as established through existing state law.

Amendments to the Constitution require two things. They require passage through 2/3rds of the Commissions as well as through all the states. By providing an Amendment through a proposition to the states the people can effectively force the Commissions to act on an Amendment submitted through the people. To qualify as an Amendment the proposition must qualify first through the proposition requirements in a majority of the states that make up the nation.


	Proposal Sub-Filters


	Sub-filter are located below the Search text box. The Sub filter you have selected will appear in red as is shown on the left, unselected options will appear in gray.


	Searching by proposals that are site qualified means that proposal has obtained at least 5 sponsors or 1 sponsor and at least 100 signatures. Signatures may only be printed by the sponsor when they have achieved these minimum site qualifications.

	State Qualified means that the proposition has been submitted to the state for signature gathering. It is not recommended that you submit the proposition to the state until you are sure that you can achieve the needed signatures before the state appointed deadline. The deadlines through this website are far less stringent than the state requirements. The website unlike the state will notify users when their signature has expired so that they may read over the proposition and resubmit their signature if they choose to do so.

	Ever dreamed about running for public office? Many well people would love to run for public office, but are unable to get the signatures required to put their name on the ballot. Also their are people in society they would be great in positions in government, but have never tried to run. Through this website you may put a petition on the site to nominate the person you believe would be best for president, governor or any political position available.

	International Petitions maybe sent to the UN Secretary General or delivered in person. Through this method international attention may be brought through the general public to issues going on within our world today.

	The By Nation and By State Options will allow you to do a search of petitions, propositions or amendments from the by the nation or state selected.
